dynamically Override SOAP Address Location URL

Hi, we have IIS hosted WCF service which was located behind a load balancer\SSL accelerator (F5). I follow the article from http://wcfextras.codeplex.com/ to override the SOAP address location URL. This resolves our existing metadata generation problem.

Question: we have dev, qa, production three different environments. How to dynamically override the url <wsdlEXtensions Location= https://dsndev/xxx.svc> in the web.config, based on the environment? e.g, DEV http://dsndev/xxx.svc, QA https://dsnqa/xxx.svc, production https://dsnprod/xxx.svc.
