I think this might have already been asked by someone but no answer was given. I am self-hosting a WCF service and I would like to use WCFExtras with it. The problem appears to be that wsdlextensions endpoint behavior doesn't have a public constructor. Without that I can't add it programmatically. How can I build the endpoint through code and use WCFExtras? Has anyone accomplished this? Thanks!

k.. I modified the source and added a public constructor. Any reason why it wasn't added to begin with? my code seems to work fine with the added constructor. Just seems weird to require the use of app.config or web.config to use wcfextras.
